She has more than ten years of experience in marketing and community development for various companies, including as Gaming Plan Manager & CMO at Deco Online Entertainment, Marketing Manager & Project Manager at SohaGame, Community Manager at VDC Net2E, and more than five years in business management, most recently as Founder & CEO of Cameo Media and CEO of Khai Anh Pharma.

As a gamer herself, Giang comprehends the user mentality and knows just how to attract and retain members over the long term, resulting in sustainable growth for every community she has managed. Before joining Heroum, she helped more than ten GameFi projects create and scale their million-follower communities and advised on project operations. She is eager to join Heroum in order to enhance both project operational effectiveness and strong community maintenance.
